Rec Rental

***Rec Rental is closed over the summer.***

***Starting September 30, Rec Rental is available to both Students and Non-students (staff, faculty, community members).***

With one of the largest selections of outdoor gear rental in the greater Bay Area, Adventure Rec is here to help you get outdoors on your next adventure.

TO RENT GEAR:

• Reserve gear online.
• In the online reservation request, schedule a pick-up and drop-off at the East Field House, Facility Center, 1st floor.
• Rental charges will be billed to your student account.
• Reservation requests are required at least 72 hours prior to pick-up.
• Please let us know if you need to cancel your reservation. Reservations not picked up and not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will incur a $10 fee.

OPEN (2024/25):

September 30 - December 6

• The last day to rent gear for personal trips is Friday, December 6.
• The last day to return gear is Tuesday, December 10.

January 6 - March 21

March 31 - June 6

• The last day to rent gear for personal trips is Friday, June 6.
• The last day to return gear is Monday, June 9.

Rec Rental is closed on University holidays.
