Athletics and Recreation Vans

Athletics and Recreation leases eight, University-owned, 12-passenger vans. These vans provide transportation to the thousands of students who participate in Athletics and Recreation activities each year. In order to reserve vans, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Athletics & Recreation vehicles are for use by Athletics & Recreation programs and services only. All other campus organizations should work with UC Santa Cruz Fleet Services directly.
2. If you are coordinating Athletics & Recreation travel, please complete a van reservation request by clicking here.
3. If a department van is unavailable, please request a vehicle from Fleet Services. They will either confirm a University-owned van or work to confirm reservations with external vendors to support your travel needs.
